Otherwise you risk making a mess when you flip the unit over to replace the brushes for mopping. Just keep in mind you'll need to empty the bin during long runs. They're attached to a base plate that attaches quickly and easily in place of the mopping brushes (so make sure you keep the storage tray that comes in the Narwal box). Narwal's T10 has two large rotating bristle brushes that sweep up debris. The Braava is essentially a motorized Swiffer when you use a "dry mop" pad. While its dust bin might be tiny in comparison to other robovacs, at least it has one. The Narwal soundly beats the Braava in the sweeper category. And when it is working, it's the least careful of all the bots, slamming itself into obstacles and generally being a nuisance underfoot.
